2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the service and improve your experience:

• Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed), and profile details you provide.
• Business profile: brand name, industry, target audience, goals and other inputs you enter into onboarding and AI modules.
• Generated content: blueprints, funnels, marketing plans, social content, prompts and any material you create or save inside the app.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, generation counts and device/browser metadata.
• Payment metadata: subscription plan, purchase reference and status received from our payment processor (Teachable). We do not store card numbers.
• Support communications: emails, chat messages and attachments you send to us.
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8).

3. How we use your information

• Provide and maintain your account, subscription and access to paid features.
• Generate AI outputs based on the inputs you submit.
• Send transactional emails such as sign-in links, receipts, product updates and security notices.
• Send marketing emails and newsletters (only when you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time).
• Monitor and prevent fraud, abuse, quota violations and unauthorised account sharing.
• Analyse usage to improve features, fix bugs and inform product decisions.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the basis of contract (to deliver the service you signed up for), legitimate interest (to secure, improve and market our service), consent (for marketing communications and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (tax, accounting and regulatory requirements).

5. AI processing

When you use an AI module, the prompts and inputs you submit are sent to trusted AI providers (such as the Lovable AI Gateway and its underlying model providers) to generate a response. We do not sell your inputs. We do not use your business data to train third-party foundation models. Generated outputs are stored in your account so you can revisit and edit them.

6. Sharing your information

We share personal data only with the service providers required to run Digitalzaa:

• Hosting, database and authentication infrastructure providers.
• AI model providers used to generate outputs on your behalf.
• Payment processor (Teachable) that handles subscription billing.
• Email delivery, analytics and customer-support tools.
• Law enforcement or regulators when legally required.

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

7. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries outside India. Where they do, we rely on standard contractual safeguards offered by those providers to protect your information.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session. We may use limited analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features (such as staying signed in) will not work correctly without them.

9. Data retention

We keep your account and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, hashed passwords and access controls for our team. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to protect your information.

11. Your rights

12. Children

Digitalzaa — The AI Employee is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites (for example Teachable checkout pages). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies and we are not responsible for their content.
