These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of digitalzaa.com, they cover all aspects of Digitalzaa Enterprises including the use of the blog website, and the membership and training services.

If you subscribe to Digitalzaa.com, free or paid membership, we will ask you to expressly agree to these terms of use during sign-up.

The terms 'Digitalzaa Enterprises', 'Digitalzaa.com', 'us', or 'we' refer to the owner of the website. The term 'you' or 'user' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

2. Terms of use for the Digitalzaa.com blog and membership website

The Digitalzaa.com website, including the blog and content contained in the blog, is freely available to all site users, subject to the Licence to use Digitalzaa.com blog website content.

Digitalzaa.com also contains paid membership subscription content that has different terms of use — see the Licence to use Digitalzaa.com membership content.

You must not use Digitalzaa.com in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to Digitalzaa.com or impairment of the availability or accessibility to any of the areas, or services on Digitalzaa.com.

5. Licence to use Digitalzaa.com blog website content

Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the blog and material on the blog. All blog posts found on this site are the property of Digitalzaa.com and are licensed under Creative Commons.

1. Attribution: You must credit the original work, complete with a link back to the source content.
2. Non-Commercial: You may not re-use content for commercial purposes.
3. No Copying: You may not alter, tweak, edit and build upon it and call it your own.
4. Exceptions: Any of these conditions can be waived with written permission by the author.
5. Fair use and other rights are in no way affected by the above.

6. Membership subscription and renewal

"Subscription" means a right to access the restricted areas of our website; "subscriber" means a person who has such a right. There are three membership levels: Free membership, Individual premium membership, and Business premium membership.

You may become a subscriber by visiting the membership page and choosing to access a paid membership subscription. Subscription charges are as set out on our website and must be paid in advance in cleared funds.

Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the Billing Period. This renewal will be taken from your method of payment either one year or one month from the original date of purchase and continue until canceled by the customer.

If the customer wishes to cancel then they must do this at any time before the end of their Billing Period via the member profile area. Though the customer can cancel at any time, they must cancel before the renewal goes through. We cannot refund your subscription once it has been paid.

Since digital resources cannot be returned once accessed, by agreeing to become a premium member a client enters into an agreement for us to supply these resources and agrees that they cannot return them once accessed — therefore refunds cannot be granted.

Monthly Plans: On monthly plans, you are allowed to access 5 individual guides or resources per month. Unused download credits from the previous month will be carried over up to a maximum of 50 download credits each year.

Annual Plans: On annual plans, you have unrestricted access to download guides or resources included within your plan, as many times as you require.

7. Licence for use of Digitalzaa.com premium membership content

Individual and Business premium membership-only content can only be accessed by a paid subscription. Individual memberships can only be used by an individual. If multiple people want to access content, a Business membership should be purchased. A license must be purchased for every person that needs access to any materials — sharing is expressly forbidden.

We monitor account activity by IP address and simultaneous logins. Fair use allows 5 IP addresses in a 30-day period and 3 active logins within a 30-minute period. If exceeded, your account will be locked. We reserve the right to cancel your account without a refund in the case of suspected account sharing.

You must not:

1. republish material from this website (including republication on another website);
2. sell, rent, or sub-license material from the website;
3. show any material from the website in public;
4. reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on our website for a commercial or non-commercial purpose;
5. edit or otherwise modify any material on the website;
6. redistribute material from this website except for content specifically made available for redistribution.

8. Cancellation and refunding of membership fees

You purchase a membership as a consumer if you purchase Individual Membership using a personal debit card, credit card, or PayPal account. For repeat subscription payments you must cancel before the repeat subscription is charged — we cannot refund these once charged.

You purchase a membership as a company if you purchase using a company payment method, or you purchase Business Membership. No refund guarantee is offered on Business Membership. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to help@aidigitalzaa.com no later than 90 days before your renewal date.

9. Communications

Registration allows each member to sign up for email, SMS updates, and our weekly newsletter. Members may opt out at any time.

10. Limited warranties

We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the information published on this website; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up-to-date. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to this website.

11. Limitations and exclusions of liability

We will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising out of any event beyond our reasonable control.

We will not be liable for any business losses including loss of profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities, or goodwill.

We will not be liable for any loss or corruption of any data, database, or software, or any special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage.

12. Indemnity

You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms of use.

13. Breaches of these terms of use

If you breach these terms of use, we may:

1. send you one or more formal warnings;
2. temporarily suspend your access to the website;
3. permanently prohibit you from accessing the website;
4. block computers using your IP address from accessing the website;
5. contact your ISP to request they block your access;
6. bring court proceedings against you for breach of contract or otherwise;
7. suspend and/or delete your account;
8. delete and/or edit any or all of your user-generated content.

14. Third-party websites

Our website includes hyperlinks to other websites owned and operated by third parties. These links are not recommendations. We have no control over the contents of third-party websites, and we accept no responsibility for them.

15. Trademarks

Digitalzaa Enterprises, Digitalzaa.com and our logo are trademarks belonging to us. We give no permission for the use of these trademarks. Other registered and unregistered trademarks on our website are the property of their respective owners.

16. Intellectual Property Infringement

If you believe that your Intellectual Property Rights have been infringed, it is your obligation to notify Digitalzaa Enterprises immediately. Digitalzaa Enterprises accepts no liability for the infringement of any Intellectual Property Rights by any of its contributors or members.

17. Competitions

From time to time we may run competitions, free prize draws, and/or other promotions on our website. These will be subject to separate terms and conditions.

18. Variation

We may revise these terms of use from time to time. Revised terms of use will apply from the date of publication on our website.

19. Assignment

We may transfer, sub-contract, or otherwise deal with our rights and/or obligations under these terms of use without notifying you. You may not transfer, sub-contract, or otherwise deal with your rights and/or obligations.

If any provision of these terms of use is determined to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect.

21. Exclusion of third-party rights

These terms of use are for the benefit of you and us and are not intended to benefit any third party.

22. Third-party advertising

There may be third-party advertising on Digitalzaa.com which may contain links to third-party sites. Digitalzaa Enterprises does not exercise editorial control over such advertising and disclaims any liability for such content.

23. Entire agreement

These terms of use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website and supersede all previous agreements.

Refund Policy — No Refunds on Digital Products

Digitalzaa — The AI Employee, Digitalzaa memberships, courses, templates, AI-generated outputs and every other resource sold through Digitalzaa.com are digital products and services delivered instantly upon purchase. Because access, downloads and AI generations cannot be returned or "un-consumed" once granted, all sales are final and no refunds, exchanges, chargebacks or credits will be issued under any circumstances. By completing your purchase you expressly agree to waive any right of withdrawal, cooling-off period or refund entitlement that might otherwise apply under consumer protection law for digital content supplied immediately.

1. No-Refund Policy

1. All purchases of digital products, subscriptions, one-time plans, memberships, courses, templates, add-ons and AI credits are strictly non-refundable.
2. This applies whether the product has been fully used, partially used, or not accessed at all after purchase.
3. No refunds are offered for change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI-generated output, lack of usage, or duplicate purchases made by the customer.
4. No pro-rata refunds are issued for the unused portion of any subscription or membership.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel any recurring subscription at any time from your account or by emailing help@aidigitalzaa.com. Cancellation stops all future renewals but does not refund the current or any prior billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period that has already been charged. It is your responsibility to cancel before the next renewal date — payments already processed cannot be refunded.

3. Failed, Duplicate or Unauthorised Payments

1. If you are charged twice for the same order due to a verified technical error on our side, we will refund the duplicate charge only after review and confirmation from our payment processor.
2. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team will be disputed and may result in permanent termination of your account and loss of all access.
3. Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions must be reported to help@aidigitalzaa.com within 7 days of the charge.

4. Service Availability

Temporary downtime, feature changes, AI model updates or third-party outages do not qualify for a refund. We continually improve the platform and reserve the right to add, modify or remove features without notice.
